ALICE PINNA
Alice is an artisan stitcher and embroiderer for Dolce and Gabbana, who discovered her musical versatility at the age of 14, becoming particularly fond of singing to the notes of Elisa's album Lotus. Since then she began a long personal search for her own artistic and musical expressiveness, also devoting herself to the self-taught study of guitar and piano. Always a lover of rock in all its expressions, at the age of 20 he became the lead vocalist of Quiet After Storm, a nu-metal band that composes its own songs inspired by the sound of Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Evanescence and Hoobastank. In 2009, as a backing vocalist and percussionist, he joined Little Over Zero, an Elisa tribute band, which in March 2012 would participate on stage at Keller Platz in a concert together with Max Gelsi (Elisa's former official bassist). The following year he met Alessandro Gerini (not yet director of Vocal Blue Trains) and with him he began studying vocal technique. From 2015 to 2017 he performed with the Day Dreamers, an acoustic trio and cover band consisting of two voices and a guitar. With them she experimented for the first time with the use of the loop station, both in the composition of arrangements and in live performance. In 2016 she joined Vocal Blue Trains as a mezzo-soprano and with this project she grew professionally and humanly, defining her artistic and musical profile even more. She thus met Diletta Zipoli, who in 2018 became her voice teacher. Currently Alice is front woman in Banana Split (famous cartoon cover band active throughout the country) with whom in 2019 she performed on the main stage of Lucca Comics & Games.
