ANDREA INNOCENTI
He began his artistic journey by taking propaedeutic keyboard lessons from ages 4 to 7. He studied violin for 11 years at the Municipal School T. Mabellini of Pistoia, under the main guidance of Prof. Marco Corsini. During the course years, he received a scholarship for the "1st Giuseppe and Giulia Pineschi Solo Performance Competition". He has been taken piano lessons for three years with Prof. Alessandro Duma and participated in three music festivals where he played violin in the school orchestra. In 2004 he won the 1st prize for piano at the 5th "National Competition for Young Musicians City of Massa" with a score of 97/100. In 2007 he passed, as a private student, the exams in Theory and Solfeggio and Complementary Piano related to the violin course of study at the Giacomo Puccini State Conservatory of Music in La Spezia.
In December 2009 he began studying modern singing at the S.P.M. school in Pistoia, under the guidance of Gianni Sarchi. After several reflections he decided to stop studying violin to devote himself completely to singing.
In September 2013 he joined the "Arteinscena" School of Musical at the Politeama Pratese Theater and participated in the two end-of-year shows Musical Circus and Musical Rock, directed by Franco Miseria. In July 2015, he joined the La Fenice musical company in Prato and participated in several performances of "I promessi sposi - Opera moderna".
Over the years he has participated in singing workshops with Elisa Turlà, Elizabeth Howard, Rosalia Misseri, Titta Nesti and Michele Luppi, and since July 2018 he has been a tenor chorister with the gospel/electronic choir Vocal Blue Trains in Florence.
