BENDETTA CAPECCHI
After her scientific studies, Benedetta graduated with a Bachelor of Contemporary Pop Music degree from Essex University of London, through the Jam Academy Institute in Lucca and has been performing around Italy since 2006 with her numerous musical projects. Front woman of the band "A world of Silence," she won first prize in the Obiettivo Blues - Road to Pistoia Blues competition, winning the chance to open the Morcheeba concert. She recorded the choral parts for Raffaella Carrà's album "Replay" at the House of Glass Studio in Viareggio and, at the same time, acted as a radio speaker on several FM and web radio stations in her area. Now she collaborates with the world of comics around Italy with the Alvin Star, backing band of the historic Group 80' of Bim Bum Bam in which the names of Manuela Blanchard, Roberto Ceriotti and Enrico Valenti stand out, and with the ANIMEniacs Corp., a 12-piece vocal ensemble, with whom she participated in the show "A spasso con Walt," produced by Lucca Comics & Games, which boasts collaborations of the caliber of Giorgio Vanni, Stefano Bersola, Pietro Ubaldi and Fabrizio Mazzotta. Currently Benedetta, in addition to collaborating with various musical ensembles as a lead singer, is a contralto in Vocal Blue Trains since 2017.
