LUCILLA FOSSI
Lucilla graduated in Ethnomusicology from DAMS in Florence and is a professional singer who collaborates in several formations active in the Italian music scene both as a lead singer and as a chorister. With the blues band "Thirty Tracks" she won the 2014 edition of "Effetto Blues" and performed on stage at the famous Torrita Blues Festival sharing the stage with one of the greatest living exponents of Chicago Blues, harmonica player Jerry Portnoy. Also with Thirty Tracks she won in 2015 "Obiettivo Blues ", a contest that allowed them to perform on the main stage of Pistoia Blues. Lucilla currently teaches singing and vocal technique in several Tuscan schools. In 2016 she graduated as a qualified music therapy technician at the School of Dynamic Music Therapy of the University Psychiatric Center of Kortenberg and the Lemmensinstituut (Faculty of Science and Art) of the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium). Lucilla joined Vocal Blue Trains in 2017 as a light soprano.
